Custom tune needed for a couple Bolt ons?

This is a two part question.

1) I have recently installed the Diablo tune on my 2014 Charger RT that has a CAI and cat back Flowmaster exhaust with a resonator delete. Is there any need for any further tuning? Just worried that I could be running lean.

2) Being that this has the Blacktop package that has a sport mode is there anything else I should be doing besides the Diablo tune and is there any need to switch to sport mode ever?
