I have an I-1000 tuner and it has locked up , I had programmed my 2009 Silverado 5.3. I decided to sale the truck and It would not load to return the truck to stock. I took the truck to a dealer and had it flashed to stock, now I have a tuner that does not work and would like to tune my 2013 Silverado 5.3. What can I do

please fax or email proof of the reflash to us then call with the tool powered up so we can reset it for you.
