Trinity tuner 2014 f150 tremor

I updated when bought and sat there the whole time my tuner read my truck.. Worked after great then I had it unplugged for a month or two and had the stock tune on truck
Went to go plug in and was back at square one and it wants me to read my truck again
Is this normal or what's the deal

thats odd, can you post the info.xml file from the intune drive?

You definitely didn't restore the backup at any point?

I had it running on my truck for a month then just put the stock tune back it tells me it's not married to my truck and says to let read truck or kgcv1v4

thats normal, let it download the backup from the PC.
