2014 dodge charger se 3.6 traction control

can someone please help I need to turn my traction control all the way off my 2014 charger also need a tune for a cold air intake on the same car I also have the intune dcx and run 93 octane.

are you saying the tool will not allow you to disable TC?

it will say updating traction control get to 10 percent then will stop
