2014 dodge challenger sxt v-6 intune dcx questions

Hello All,
I have a 2014 dodge challenger sxt v-6,Airaid cai, 7k miles, I have the intune dcx, I have done the 93 diablo tune, here are my questions.
the intune will not disable traction control it says error when tried.
What is the Wot spark and fuel and how do you know what adjustments can be made.
and how do you save and load tunes onto your computer.
I am new to all of this and just trying to learn.
or should i just get a custom tune and if so how do you install it and who does them.
