Updated U7140 OBD-II and Modify tune gone

I recentally updated my U7140 and I noticed that after the update it looks like the only way I can adjust for tire size/axle ratio is through the modify stock tune. So my question is, can I load the 91oct performace tune and still adjust the parameters for tire size, axle ratio, fans, rev limit, speed limit etc?

Yes, the params are same for any tune you select...

Ok. So with the 91 tune installed I can select the Modify stock tune and it will let me change the parameters?
Is this right?

no, you pick the 91 tune then choose the option to modify the tune before you install it.
