05 5.7 magnum tuner won't allow transmission firmness

When I try tuning the cars transmission firmness by selecting increase, the unit says it's not supported and the Tcm may need updated. But I don't know what that means or how to do it. Please help!!

this indicates its an early build 05 model, that needs the TCM updated by the dealership for these options to work

You can update the tcm with the predator correct by downloading the updated calibration.
