Trinity-05' Chrysler 300C

I plugged the unit into the vehicle and it powered up and all that fun stuff. However, I received a message stating it could not read/communicate with the car.

The unit is set to factory settings and is fine otherwise.

The car did have a tune from someone else, but it was removed prior to the Trinity install (or attempt)

Any help is appreciated.

options/show information, whats the part and version?

1. That tool needs to be updated.
2. Its set for a GM vehicle, go to options/change vehicle to select your application.
