INTUNE will not sync to comp tried all "help" threads

I have a intune I just purchased for my 2013 Ram as I am getting ready to go on a 6400 mile trip in 3 days.. Need less to say I am not happy as it will not sync to my computer to do the update (nothing pops up when its plugged into the USB port however the device does power on). I have installed all the "drivers" from the other help threads... nothing as the computer does not recognize it as a USB device. Wish this unit was more user friendly like the bullydog I recently sold and like my H&S Mini Maxx on my diesel.. seems like its poor craftsmanship and not very user friendly at all to get initialized. Tried calling customer service several times and get the typical "busy" response.


need some help as I am going to be sending this thing back tomorrow if I cannot get the bugs worked out and I will go back to a different tuner for this trip.

the pc should see it as a USB device, you dont get a drive called intune to appear on the PC?

Having the same issues here. This is by far the most complicated thing I have ever seen!! NOT HAPPY!! Blew my load on this tuner and cant get my truck to shift right with the tune on it!!

its just a usb device, like a thumb drive, I promise its not complicvated.
if the PC will not see it, its a tricky spot, but its usually a PC issue as opposed to an intune issue.
Do you have another one you can try it on?
