dont know how to update the i-1000-dcx

hey guys im new to this so i apoligize in advance if this has been asked before . i had my intune set up but i had to restore my truck (2014 ram 1500 express) because i had to take to the dealer to replace some parts and didnt want them knowing i had the intune. so today when i went to write tune it said to plug into computer for update. am suppost to download a driver or anyting . and what folder do i drop the updated file into. thanks in advance.

Intune will auto update. Sometimes it doesnt open when plugged into computer though. Try going to the 'my computer' folder, it will show all your drives and usb drives plugged into your computer. This is how I personally open it, right click intune and select 'open folder'. Once its opened fine the intune application. It ends in .exe, might be called intune.exe if I remember correctly. Right click it and select 'run as administrator'... It should open the update program and start updating automatically. You will see options at the top you can select as well.

You can always double click on the drive from 'my computer' and run it that way as well but doing what I said above avoids and screen that pops up sometimes saying "try running as administrator"
