Truck wont start

I have a 2007 Sierra SLT (Classic body), I had been running the 87 octane tune for almost a year now and decided to switch to the Diablo tune. After installing the new tune, truck ran fine for 3 days. Went to start it up yesterday and got nothing. I have sufficient power and everything works (lights, radio, gauges, ect). I put the stock tune back on it this morning, and ended up with the same results. I tried to update the tuner last night, but it kept getting stuck and would not fully update. Truck is still dead in the water. Would a quick flash of the ECM reset it to be able to crank and what to do about the tuner that I am now afraid to use?

If it just happened out of the blue like that, it has nothing to do with the tune, there is an issue somewhere on the truck, especially if the pcm was still working fine and allowed you to restore.
Check for codes, etc.

Checked for codes and it says everything is fine. What about unhooking the battery, would that help to reset the system?

We are back in business! Truck is back up and running. Just finished getting the updates to install as well. The software was from 3 versions ago so it had some catching up to do.
