Modifying a Custom Tune

Ok I will explain myself went I try to modify the custom tune to disable the traction control and went the Trinity asked me to install the modify tune I said yes and went it reboots it said can't install the tune! But the tune itself still there without the traction control disable!
Also it is a 2013 Dodge Ram QC Sport 1500
Trinity version is 1r12 and it also did that with the older versions!!!

And by the way why I am having so much trouble with this thing T1000 Trinity first thing I have was a error saying Bla! Bla! Bla! and (-16) Error and now can not install or disable the traction control. And also always put the charger on the battery to put tunes on it! I never had problems like this with my Bullydog GT Plus!!! And again it is a 2013 Dodge Ram QC 1500 (5.7litres). Don't get me wrong I like the Trinity T1000 to be able to add some custom tunes but I think is not perfect yet or I do something wrong whit it. Sorry for the post comment but that's what it is.

what tune are you loading?

will it load the tune without trying to change anything?

I'm having the custom tune from hemifever 89 octane and yes it will load the tune without trying changing anything. But went I try to disable the traction control and install the tune now it say's the tune was not put in the vehicle. So I look at the info option and it say's PCM: ERROR Unlock for Reflash (-18)

I have learned that running the custom tune that was created for your vehicle is the way to go, the tuning staff have optimised the parameters to fit your application, making changes could mess up other this. Just my opinion.
