Locked out now backup lost

I brought my 2014 Ram 1500 to the dealer last week and forgot to set the tune back to stock. Well i became locked out so I called diablo support and they unlocked me. This morning while trying to install 93 performance tune it wouldnt write because it says backup is trinity. So I then tried to see if I can restore to stock no luck. I then check to see last tune written and it says trinity not married with vehicle. Anyone know what I should do now? I have the original backup saved in my emails from custom tuning thru hemifever.

this means they didnt flash it, the tool should be prompting you to check for an update to set it back to stock.
