My intune Failed last update, now won't fully boot
got an error Failed to Install Group5_Update.ITFG updating to the new firmware and DB's, and then it popped up a screen with a button to continue, then click that, and it goes to the intune screen with the intune bar at the top, and black background with the wait circle in the middle and that stops spinning and hangs right there after boot. it goes no further.

can you access the intune drive on the PC?

Unfortunately no. It us just after the redbars and flips to the black screen it hangs. Nothing shows on the PC yet. So no drive.

running into a snag on the form.. I am not sure why I should be responsible for a repair cost, when it is your software that borked it. It was working just fine, and your update broke it.
