You were on the phone with us today and wanted us to send you the files on the intune hard drive. I didn't see any other way to send them to you besides through this forum.

what vehicle is it?
I asked that you email them to [email protected] if it is who I spoke to?
Either way, if the vehicle does not start, we need all the files from all folders on the intune drive. please.

2013 Dodge Charger RT. There isn't anything in any of the folders except the runtime folder, which i have attached to this.

Nothing in the tunes folders?

have you made any further attempts to restore?
it should make a runtime file for each failure.

it's empty, and i haven't tried since yesterday. my attempts to restore yesterday all stopped at 90% when it was on writing tune for the original backup.
