having trouble updating Intune

I have been trying to update intune and it has been stuck at DO NOT UPLUG for over an hour

what is the tool itself doing?

plug it in, it connects says its downloading updates status bar goes across , then stays on do not unplug and intune on the tuner, scan, settings screen

Mine is doing it too, been up waiting to reboot for 2 days now and nothing so I unplugged it and waited and tried again and same thing. It just wont reboot after the update download. What can I do to get this to work. I been updating my tuner and installing for about 2 yrs now, im sure im no noob lol is there an issue in the update?

No idea if it will work for you or was just a fluke, but i tried again a couple days later and it worked fine. don't know if their server was down when I had tried earlier in the week.
