O2 sensor disable

I just got some longtube headers with offroad pipes for my 07 charger. I know I have to disable the O2 sensors but, I noticed there is the option of disabling the O2 heaters. What does this do and do I need to disable it? Also, I have heard people saying to add fuel when running headers and no cats, about how much fuel should I add?

Ideally, a custom tune is in order, but try about 10% more fuel to be safe till you check it on a dyno.

Disable the rear O2s and heaters in the Predator.
