having trouble 2012 chrysler 200 s

hello fourm hello mikel and 06MonteSS,
i received my tuner in the mail today. i updated it through my pc (win 7 pro). when i plug it into my Chrysler and click tune i get "PCM Calibration for *numbers/letters* might need an update. Check for a Calibration Update?
that is all. when i plug it back into my pc i get "an error occurred. Info : please contact [email protected] using Calibration ID: 68068449AC. status: Error please contact tech support for help" any help would be much appreciated thank you, Jimbo.

Could you tell me how to tell whether what I have is an intune i1000 or an intune i1000 dcx? I have a Chrysler 200 s will both of these tuners work on my vehicle? Thank you for your time as always

Dcx tune DB 1r01e(ok)
Etc... Am I to assume since it says "dcx" that it is a i1000-dcx? Which the dcx Will work for my vehicle
Sorry I can't get to my xml file at the moment because the device decided to update again when I plugged it in
