Vin mismatch on tune from procharger

I have a 2014 Corvette C7 with a Procharger. Procharger sent me a tune called Procharger.grg to load to my Trinity and it is showing another VIN and won't link to the original stock download. Is there a way to modify the VIN or am I stuck until I get a response from them. I'm trying to get the car up and running this weekend and I'm crossing my fingers that they get a chance to look at the email I sent back asking about the vin, but if they don't, is there anything I can do to load a tune or modify the tune they sent to correct the VIN?

They have been great so far so I know they will send it, I'm just in a time crunch. Any help is appreciated, even if it is that I don't have a choice but to wait for them.

Did you send them your original backup file?
Sounds like they may have just sent the wrong file to you, if they dont sort it out shortly let us know.

I sent them the original pcm and tcm files along with the serial number from the procharger as requested in the user manual they sent. I'm sure it was just a mis-click and the wrong file was attached. They have been great so far, so I will very likely get a response, but I'm looking for backup options in the case they don't get to my email from yesterday.
