Rev Limiter

I just posted this question somewhere on here but I'm going to ask again since I can't find it. Can the rev limiter be raised on the 2014 Charger R/T to allow for shifting at 6000-6200 rpm's? I have done a cam, headers, and rear end in my car and the car is hitting the 5800 rpm rev limiter because it is hard to nail the manual shift just perfect every time.
