pcm tune not working 14 ram 1500 5.7 6 speed

Hi, i can't tune pcm with my DCX, don't working custom tunes, when push in this buton, DCX question "87 octane performance install?", i'm push in green buton, install 87 octane performance, becose custom tunes don't working again.

i have a 2014 ram 1500 5.7 hemi six speed auto shift.
my frend have a "diablo trinity" and perfect work custom tunes in my ram.
