Need to force original please help!

Hey guys I have a Predator tuner for my 2003 Focus SVT and am having some problems. Originally when I bought the tuner model U9144 version 9r04 (used and unlocked) I installed the tune that comes with the tuner without pulling any fuses (my car is non-T/C) and the tune installed well no issues. I decided to reinstall the tune today without those fuses because the car was still dropping idle when I would clutch in and I thought maybe it had to do with the fuses being installed.

Today I pulled both fuses, returned the car back to the stock backup then installed the tune again and it acted normally. When I went to start the car, however, I got the dreaded ---- on the odometer and the car does nothing when attempting to start, I have checked all fuses, relays, and even the PCM diode and all work, everything in the car works perfectly, but the fuel pump does not even prime calID displays as: UJAHAS5HEX and the VIN is shown but under troubleshooting the VIN does not show as it says it is not able to read. When I try to go to the tune menu to return to factory I always get an error cannot find vehicle type (1) whether the fuses are in or not. I have an appointment tomorrow to tow the vehicle to Ford for a reflash but obviously I'd rather force the original. Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided!

Worked perfectly and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was polite and extremely helpful. Thank you again guys I will definitely be recommending you in the future and am looking into my options from you when I need a tune for the 3L in my Contour!
