Mustang 2001 predator doesnt add power

i have a 2001 Mustang GT with manual transmetion. a 3.73 is installed, a K&N cold air intake and a H.P. gas pump. i installed Predator but the HP did not increased and did not effect its performance the only changes in the REV. limiter, fans and in the speedometer.

so please would any one tell me how to use the Predator in the right way??

Did you verify these claims on a dyno?
We have seen those tunes add an average of 15 rwhp on an otherwise stock car.
Are you sure you installed the Performance tune, and not the factory HP tune, as that tune does not add power.
