Additional PID support for 2010 Ford F150 5.4L

Been testing our Trinity unit on a 2010 Ford F150 with the 5.4L, updated as of yesterday. Looking for additional PID logging support. I've tried custom gauge layouts and the provided one.

LTFT B1 & B2 do not work in any combination
None of the throttle positions work. We had the TPS Rel working for a few seconds and then it bailed. I have even reduced the total number of PIDs to see if it came back.
Vehicle Speed: Only in KPH, definitely prefer MPH

PIDs not found:
Injector Pulse Width or Duty Cycle options
Closed Loop/Power Enrichment/Open Loop Status

go to options and try restore default layouts.

Also, to change from KPH to MPH, open the layout in logging menu, click on the gauge and select change display units, then select MPH, and then click the red x and save it.
