Custom tunes and logs not visible?

Yesterday I uploaded my boost tune from Johan. It installed fine into the jeep. Jeep started and ran fine. I data logged the startup and the intune said it saved. Plugged it into my computer and their are no current log files. Only one file back from 2010! So I went into my "tunes" folder and again, their is nothing in there except for my backup file from 2010. But when I plug the intune into the jeep I have 3 custom tunes on it. Iv tried plugging it into both a mac and windows computer and still nothing. Anyone else have this issue?? How do I get the log file off the intune to get it to Johan?

the dates don't change bud.. there's no internal clock on the tool to keep track of dates/times.. so they will never change, the dates are hard-coded in the system..

and the custom tune file will not be in the Tunes folder.. there should be an original backup file and a last tune written file in there if you have installed a tune into the vehicle..

if you have a tune installed and there's no last tune written file in the Tunes folder, contact support.. [email protected]

haha, won't happen.. then there would need to be a battery in the tool to keep it running all the time.. haha...

That sucks, makes sense tho.
So there's no way to get the data logs to time stamp?
