Accedently disconnected when it said not too

Okay so my intune got disconnected whe it said it was updating it so I connected it and will not reboot at the end

So I got it working and my intune is just suck at preparing now

leave it alone, it can take a while depending on the number of updates it has to do.. it will prepare/write a few times depending on the number of updates...
