cant update my intune

i tried to load a tune onto my 01 mustang gt and it gives me calibration id RVAFAT3 status:error.... i cleared all updates and plugged back into my pc and now it says its up to date but it still tell me there is a calibration error, this intune has been nothing but trouble since i got it

I will say even though its human nature to complain the staff at diablo sport are top notch and dont let my post detour anyone from diablosport, when dealing with computers there is always issues, having someone there to help is where the real value is at

ok it did the update now and i tried to install the 87 octane tune and it made it to about 75 percent and said it failed so i had to restore it, what now?

Any chance of a chip on the pcm?

yes it restored as far as i know i havnt drove the vehicle but there is a possibility of a chip because it has no cats and some other mods and the cel isnt on, not definate but a good clue i suppose, i assume this would make it impossible to tune with your tuner and prob a waste of money??

you'd need to remove the ship from the pcm before the tuner will work properly.
