2014 challenger first tune issues

I just got my In tune T1000 DCX and followed the proper steps and started to tune my challenger 3.6L V6 and it has keyless entry and start. I am trying to put the 87 Octane tune on it. it starts with the Original Backup gets to 100% and then asks for an ignition cycle my challenger allows me to turn it off from run(not with the engine started) but when it asks for me to turn my car back to run my car gives me a notice that it can not detect my FOB. The tuner sits on a floating circle and eventually my car shuts all power off and then after that my tuner gives me an error code of 0x00000010. Any ideas on how to get past this point.

ok i figured out to skip the key cycles and got to choosing the parameters for my tunes but now when i go to tune the car it goes to building tune and turns my car from run to off is it supposed to do this? I waited around 4 - 5 minutes and nothing was happening?
