Original backup

I just bought a 2006 Chrysler 300c srt8 and tried to install a tune with the trinity t1000 but it says unable to tune because there appears to be a trinity tune already installed so is there a way to get an original backup so that I can install the new tune ?

give us a call with the tool powered up in the car and we'll force it to load a stock tune to the vehicle.

Is there a particular time that I need to call and are we going to have to be able to connect to a computer also ?
