Rev Limiter

I have a 2012 Dodge Charger 3.6L 8 speed, and I have changed the rev limite when it is in drive to as high as it will go but it will still not allow me to go over 2000 RPM when I have my foot on the brake and my other foot on the gas. Is there anything else that I could do to fix this problem

thats not a rev limiter, thats a function of the torque converter, thats all its gonna give you unless you swap out the converter...
