Downstream o2 question 03 PT GT

Does the Diablo Tune disable the Downstream o2? Just changing out the Downpipe and wondered if I even bother plugging the Downstream back in.

I have installed a catless 3" Downpipe that dumps under the car. No Exhaust. The Wideband o2 is about 12" from the exit. It reads 16.3 afr at Idle and 12.3 afr WOT. Would the catless DP Lean it out that much? Or do you think the sensor is too close to the Dump? Should I add a Little fuel accross the rpm range for WOT?
Injectors are Caliber SRT4 Injectors. The Downstream o2 is Plugged in, But Just tied up under the car, Not installed (this is a track only car)

So does the Intune Based "Diablotune" disable the downstream o2?
And I realize that the tune is built for a stock vehicle, so in turn, do you recommend adding fuel when deleting the Cat and just dumping at the downpipe?

No, a custom tune is required to disable any codes.
