Error Messages: Can not tune

I am receiving the following error messages:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please wait while failure log is created." When I hit continue, the wheel spins and the screen then locks. I now can not adjust any perimeters or install any of the box tunes or custom tunes.

I am now getting the following errors after deleting the custom tunes:

The vehicle is not supported, contact DiabloeSport.
No backups are stored for (VIN#)

I am going to note that when I received the tuner, I used a PC to run updates. Since then I have been using my Mac. I uploaded the info.xml file.

Just out of curiosity, are you referring to the March 30, 2013 post? When I download, where do drop the file into? Also, if I run an update from my PC will that file automatically be reinstalled?

Thank you. I was able to get the DCX file installed and was able to use the tuner.
