Predator 0n a LB7 GMC 02

I'm selling my truck and I put it back to factory tune , is my predator ready to use on another truck now ?

it depends... what model predator do you have??

with those older ones, some of them can be unlocked after you've restored the original backup, and some can't be at all.

it may have to be sent back in to Diablosport to get it unlocked.

EDIT: ok, just looked it up... you should have a U7198, in which case, it needs to be sent back in to Diablosport in order to get it unlocked.

The only time a older GM gas tool needs to come back for unlock is if it has the 1.XX revision and it has been restored to stock, but will not unlock....

Sorry but no, I have a U7180

The U7180 and its 1.XX revision does need to come back here to be unlocked, even after restoring the backup.
If you are the original owner, it is free provided you have proof of purchase.
