2013 challenger sxt just got my intune today won't work

So here I am 4 hours into trying to down load a 91 can tune and I have nothing but a pissed off attitude to show for it.

Not happy at all..................

I opened the box, read everything, I read the story's on forums of things going wrong, I did not want to be one of them, I hooked the intune up to my home computer and it even updated.

Went out to my car, made sure everything was off, hooked up the intune with my doors shut on my car, and proceeded to go thru all the steps, sitting still, not moving, barely moving the intune, - cause I didn't want anything to go f'n wrong.

The intune started to download the 91 can tune and the screen froze the little dial thingy stopped spinning, all the dash lights went out and radio/clock as well( I didn't have the radio on the clock numbers), I have been sitting in my car for the last 1 hour 30 min waiting on this whole thing, and this little POS decides to freeze near what I was hoping to be the end, come on , why the heck am I waiting this long for my cars file to be save and to load your tune, i'm an hour and 30 minutes into this and it freezes, I can't take it no more so I opened up the door, then guess what, a screened popped up and said it failed to load and now It's in recovery mod.

So I proceeded to follow those steps and thinking great, why in the hell do I have to load my stock tune back into my car to only to try and reload the 91 tune, don't make f'n sense, my stock tune is IN the intune, why bother to load it back into the car, specially when it takes so damn long to do.

The goal is to load the 91 can tune, the stock tune is safely in the intune, right? so why do you have to waste more time to load the stock stuff, to only turn around and pull it back out so you can try to reload the 91 can tune

Anyways if your still following along, the stock tune will not load, it fails to load after 3 tries, I was pissed and figured now my car won't start, so I was still pissed, imagine that, and unhooked the the intune figuring my car won't start, I turned the key it started to my surprise and now I have a check engine light on with three codes, so great, now I have a check engine light on, what to do with this little intune screw up on my car.

I bought this car new back in 2013 and I currently have 9300 miles on it. all I wanted was a little more performance .

So now the intune is stuck in recovery mode, it goes so far and then says the load failed.

What's allowing the car to run? Hopefully I will get some help here.

My attitude right now is please GOD if I can get out of this without burning up my computer and costing more money and time, I promise never to try and use a tuner on another car.

This is just crap, all this money and time, so I can beg someone for help.

Got up this morning little early before work and tried to load stock tune since the itune is in recovery mode, all seems to go well until 10 minutes into the swirly dial it pops a window up and said it failed to load, so I go thru the motion again and follow the steps, I time it again, once I get to the dial swirly thing- 10 minutes later
if fails.

So over another hour wasted.

Car still starts and runs, has check engine light on now, shows a 0141 code, 0100 code and another computer code low 0100 number. maybe 0110 should have wrote them down at this point probably don't matter.

Hopefully a solution soon

Well hell, that fixed me right up! Happy camper right now, you like my mood swings..............lol thanks for the direction, the car feels snappier and more responsive with the 91 tune in it and throttle boost cranked up some, this go around it only took about 40 minutes from the time I plugged it in my car til it said unplug and start car, soooooooo much faster.

Thanks again, now I can install some 3.64 gears and later get a custom tune.
