No tunes for my Colorado...

I received the i1000 I ordered yesterday and tried to use it today. The first problem occurred when I updated the tuner. After the update, the Diablo registration page opened, then a box opened for me to browse files for a download, but I couldn't find any files to download (screenshot attached). I closed the windows, disconnected the tuner from the computer then tried to load a tune on my 2015 Colorado. When I selected the Write Vehicle option, the tuner displayed my VIN number and said my PCM may need to be updated, attempt load from backup, Yes or Cancel. I selected the Yes option and the tuner made a backup, then said it was downloading a program from an unknown PCM. After the tuner was finished, the tuner then said to e-mail a copy of the unknown program to you (file attached). Can you explain what happened and what needs to be done to correct these problems? The tuner never displayed specific tune options for my Colorado during this process. Thanks.

Is this request for me? If so, I have already posted all the files that are on the In tune. I never saw, or was able to access specific tune files. Did you actually load them on the device before you shipped to me? Did the update delete them? Do you have a telephone number I can call? Getting a little frustrated, here.

Hi Mike, thanks it worked. I managed to tune my truck to 87 Octane. The problem that I'm having now is I cant seem to change my tire size. When I go modify and enter my tire size, the green check mark to confirm doesn't respond. The red X does work. I tried using a stylus pointer and just to try it out I even went to change lcd brightness settings but that green check mark wont respond. Appreciate the help. Thanks.

After several more unsuccessful attempts to load tunes Diablo sent me, I am sending the tuner back for a refund. It appears the Diablo tunes for the Chevrolet Colorado are not ready for prime time.
