2014 Dodge Avenger error when writing tune

I have been trying to tune my 2014 Dodge Avenger SE v6 3.6L. After 45 mins of backing up the original setting when it finally gets to write the tune (diablo tuning, 91 octane and 87 octane tunes) I get an error and then it freezes before it can save an error log. What should I do?

Did you connect to PC first and do updates?

I have only tuned my car (13' Chrysler 200 Limited 3.6) once and had zero issues, but connected to PC first.
