Spectre CAI setting
I recently bought a Diablo sport predator for my 2006 gt mustang. To my knowledge you just plug and play and set the tune you want. But in my case I really don't know what to set it on. So it wound throw a code. I have a 2006 gt mustang. all stock internals. It does have a Spectre CAI 4inch round with duel flowmaster with 3-*1/2inch tips with cats cut off and straight pipe installed. I run 93 octane gas in it all the time. I guess what im asking is what setting on my tuner should i set it on or should i change to make it run good. When i installed the tune on the car. The car had some codes I dont know if it was because of the exhaust or what but it said i was lean in bank 1 and 2 common thing im guessing. I cleared the codes then ran the 93 octane tune the light was off then went to for a ride the light turned on and exhaust sounds diff and loss of power its like i looses it guts idk. Need some advise please on the setting i should run

Re: Spectre CAI setting
You need to try a tune that is similar to the CAI you have or look into a custom tune

Re: Spectre CAI setting
What would be a tune close to the CAI I have?
Re: Spectre CAI setting
Not sure if you have it adjusted by now, but try one of the JLT tunes if they're in your tuner. I had the same issue with my f150 (used the 4" spectre tube). The JLT is a really short CAI so it's really close to the amount of air you get with spectre. In my case, JLT tune with +16% MAF adjustment got my LTFT down to 0% perfection.
