Error Updating

Attempted to update my inTune and received the following error more than once. Suggestions?

Also added screen shot to ticket and device XML file. Thanks.

post the file from the tunes folder.

There is no file, other than the three tunes, in the tunes folder which is posted in my other thread: http://diablosport.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=51279.

Any other suggestions?
