Safe tuning

Just purchased my Diablo Intune and cannot wait to get her plugged into my 2006 Ram 1500. Wanted to know if any of the moderators could comment on the 'safety' of the 91 octane tune. I purchased the tuner primarily to adjust for tire size and shift points etc as I have a lifted truck, however the performance benefits would be great with a tune other than the Stock Modified. I am uncertain about 'maxing out' stock internals etc with the 91 tune. Any info guys?

Just do it. Its safe. They wouldn't be selling millions of them if it wasn't.
