Laptop crash/Problems logging onto diablo site

Hello, i just recently had to replace our laptop and am in the midst of reloading all our software... i believe i have to log onto the diablo site and download CMR from there correct? ... its been so long that i don't know our login name/password... could you please email password reset info to [email protected] and any other info that may be needed to get me back on track? thank you!
