registration issues

hi icant register the intune, appears this message SMTP ERROR,

ok, this its how the intune starts to fail, yesterday i made all the procedure before the installation on the car, so when i connected the intune on the car srt4 2003( a friends car) everything seemed to be fine, they intune recognize the ecu and i made all the steps to instal the diablo tune, and modify some parameters, the installation began saving the stock program, and the install the diablo tune, suddenly the intune starts fail, and put the intune in recovery mode,and the recovery mode fail too. since that happens i cant update the intune, the weird thing its that the car runs normal, but the intun still is in recovery mode.
previously i installed another intune device on my 2004 srt4 with no issues, i need help, its driving me crazy

you have not loaded the registration file I provided yet. that needs to be done first.

i all ready drag and drop the registration file to the (F) drive, run the intune.exe from the (E) drive and still apears the smtp error on the registration menu
