you need to install the NO DOD tune.. that's why you have the surge, its' from the DOD switching back and forth...

so select/install the "Diablo Tune NO DOD" tune...

the other issue I was thinking about was a surge during idling.. which yours does not have that issue.. the settings for that are not done in your tune file, so at idle you should be fine..

but while driving, it's definitely the DOD.. and you need to install the NO DOD tune to disable the DOD/AFM.
