No luck updating my predator U7135

Tried to update V.9r17 to V.9r18 for the U7135... failed. Totally stupid with computer stuff, so please help. First time trying to update on the internet with vista. Does anyone have a simple walk thru for a dummy?

Does your Predator work with 9r17?
If so, there is NO point in updating...

5.7 RT 09 Charger with U7135 unable to turn off MDS with CAI 91 canned tune! The asteric is on and the MDS feature was turned off, although the MDS feature is still activated with the Tune, and leads to turn off the MDS??

Noticed same thing on mine. On 93 CAI was no "*" however is on canned 91 CAI. I turned mine "off" anyway and it appears to be off.

When hooking up with my 9r17 to my 2005 Chry 300C it says my Predator needs updating. What do I do or where do I find the updating needed? It worked on my other 2005 Chry 300C fine and when it got totaled out I unloaded everything off of that car and want to load it on this car. Need your help please......
