07 Magnum 5.7, error unlock for reflash (-128)

So I tried to hook up my unmarried Trinity to my wife's 2007 5.7L Magnum, I wanted to put the 93 tune on it. It went through all the screens like normal as far as I'm aware. The only thing it warned me a bout was it said like "no recover custom tune" or something. It saved the original backup and then proceeded to write the tune. It stopped about 90% and said tune was not written, I should have clicked "more info" but I just clicked continue and it tried to write back the original backup which then failed and with the message "Error unlock for reflash (-128)" and now the car won't even run, just cranks for 2 seconds like the SKIM is locked up.

I have tried cycling the key and unplug/plugging in the trinity again, as soon as it loads it says it needs to write the original backup and then fails again with that same error.
