unable to stream/log

I have an IBM thinkpad, windows2k, and a serial cable with a u7146. 04 mustang GT manual trans. i'm able to 'get tune' from diablow with dsd, but am not able to get log files or stream PID's with my laptop in CMR_DAT. When i hit get log file, it shows a communicating window then says aborting communication, i've tried switching baud rates and everything. I was told i need a custom tune to enable me to adjust rev limiter and idle speed (since mine doesn't) by christina and to email her my back up. well i did. two weeks ago. sent a follow up email and haven't heard anything. Starting to understand everyone else's grief with this product and support. Please help, i just want it to work.

What's your email address? I only have one person waiting on a custom tune right now for gears and rev limit. If I did not reply chances are I didn't even receive the email. Try resending it and I should have a tune by the end of the day.

Not a big deal, I am selling my diablowsport and getting something worth while. limited enduser adjustment, outdated interface, vague marketing as far as what's ACTUALLY supported, limited support, updates few and far between even for popular platforms such as 99-04 mustangs (i probably passed 5 on the way home from work but there hasn't been an update in however long). tech support told me to go online and check the sticky in the dataviewer forum and if it doesn't work my vehicle isn't supported. are you kidding? i work in a mercedes service department and if i gave that kind of answer to someone who just spent 300+/- dollars on my product i'd be crucified. horrible. thumbs down for this product and everything related to it.
