Having trouble over-laying fixed file

Hey, we are just trying to overlay a 2005 mustang procharger tune over the original backup. When it does this it reads crazy.... most of the changes read -1 .... procharger said it in talking with diablo that it was something to do with my update on my side?.... what am i doing wrong?... ill include both files....

we responded to procharger that you should simply open the file as tuning file and let cmr select the fixed file, its an issue with intune backups being used as fixed files.
