2015 Ford F150 5.0L inTune issue

Mike,

The inTune asked to check for a vehicle calibration update after I have connected it for the 1st time. When I reconnected the inTune to the PC is mentioned the following:
An error occurred. Info: Please contact [email protected] using calibration ID: FL3A-14C204-BPE. Status: Error. Please contact tech support for help.

I have already submitted a Tech Support request, but also want to put this on the forum and hopefully get the issue resolved.

Because this is not standard protocol of the calid reporting we're almost finished assembling the database to go between part number and regular calid for this specific case. It will be 1-3 more days.

I'm online right now with the customer having his truck with me. Still seeing the same issue. Very dissappointing.

this vehicle is not reporting the calid correctly, we have gotten around this before and will figure out a way again.

Ok, no issue. I'm on the waiting list to call in right now. Hope we can get this addressed urgently. Customer sitting next to me.

Mike,

I completely understand. Just send the customer home. I will have to ask that we prioritize this issue please.

BTW, what is the status on getting a license for my own personal Truck on my new I2? My payment via my Middle East AMEX was declined. Need this URGENTLY as well as my truck is driving like an OLD LADY without my hemifever tune.
