No windows 8 or 8.1 support??

I cannot get my Trinity 1000 to be recognized in Windows 8.1!! What's the deal guys? Need help ASAP

install the current driver from the trinity downloads page please, it works fine with all versions through win10.

That did not work for me. i uswd my laptop with windows 7. It may be because all my usb ports are 3.0. But they should be 2.0 backwards compatible.

i dont know what it could be, we have 1000s of users with win8/8.1/10, no issues...
