When I initially got the tool I got the PCM Calibration warning and emailed in my info file. Worked great and no problems. Had to take my truck in for warranty work and since it included a reflash of the PCM, I returned it to stock to retune it. I am back to the same issue with the calibration issue. Emailed tech support and sent my info.xml file and they are telling me I just have to hook up my DCX and it should update everything through their site. I don't see how to do this.

nothing to do with our site, plug the tool into a pc, run the updater, and it will download the file for you automatically.

I believe you're the same person I have been emailing with. WHAT UPDATER??? COULD I AT LEAST GET A LINK??
I see nothing on the tool for an updater, nor do I see anything in downloads. As a customer service person for your company, I would hope that I could get a little better help than what you are giving. Not all of us deal with this product on a daily basis. Anything I try on the tool says it failed.
As I said to you in email, when this happened before, I sent my info file and was given an updated one that allowed it to work on my truck. Everywhere I searched online and in your forums showed the same thing happening to pretty much everybody with the Hemi engines.

I thought I explained it via email, in addition to the user manual, and info on this forum, but to update an intune, you simply plug it into a pc and will be prompted to run the intune.exe (intune updater).
All you need to do is allow that and it will do the rest, that's what I mean by no need to go to our site, and there is no like that can be shard as the software literally lives on your intune.
If you dont get the auto play prompt, open computer/this PC, and you should see 2 drives, one called DIABLOSPORT, open that then run the intune.exe from there.
If you have any issue with any of this, please, feel free to call our tech support team with the tool powered up at the pc and we'll get you going in moments.
