need some 2014 charger help

Hi.

I purchased a DCX for my 14 charger, but before I installed the tunes, I tried it on a friend's jeep. He liked it, and is planning on purchasing one of his own.
Tonight, we returned his jeep to stock so I could use my intune as intended on my own car.

I got the message "this vehicle is not supported" very early in the install process. Does my unit need to be "unlocked?"

I'm frustrated that I could not figure out a fix on my own - the website makes it sound very easy to switch between vehicles, but I'm stuck after only 2 minutes into the install.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

before it sid not supported, it asked oyu to plug into a pc and check for an update, but it seems you clicked the red x, so it said 'not supported'.
You have to agree to check for the update for the vehicle to let it update the pcm then it will let you load the tune.

Only when I returned home to my computer was I able to plug in and get the PCM calibration update.

Everything worked like a charm after that!
